The end of transformation in 3 minutes: the Reinvention Summit

Permanent change was the inevitable theme of the The Reinvention Summit which I attended in Dublin as a guest of Kyndryl, the huge technology firm spun off from IBM. But it was also so much more.

This was a brilliant, stimulating and insightful two days with some great people to hear and meet.

Here are my takeaways in 3 minutes. A fundamental idea is the end of equilibrium, which means that the idea that you change from one situation to another and call that transformation is nonsense because there is no end to this process.

My big idea to this is simple: it is critical to have strategic clarity so that you adapt, change and transform your activities within a clear and well defined mission.

Se what you think.
